She’s spent years working with HR tech and people-focused companies, so she gets what it takes to make engagement real, measurable, and meaningful. Anete’s all about cutting through the noise with no-nonsense content that connects with people where they are — mobile-first, human-first, and a little bit cheeky. When she’s not helping internal comms pros rethink their playbook, she’s busy proving that employee experience isn’t just a buzzword, but a daily reality you can actually improve. No fluff. No jargon. Just smart stories that help teams feel heard, seen, and ready to get stuff done.

Education

Anete earned her Master’s in Media and Creative Industries from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she explored audience engagement, media marketing, and digital storytelling—skills she now uses to create content that truly connects frontline workers and HR teams. Her Bachelor’s in Arts and Culture Management gave her a solid foundation in cultural psychology and communication, shaping her ability to craft stories that resonate and drive real engagement.
