UKG Pro Speakap connects with UKG Pro to automatically manage users, groups, and permissions. When an employee joins, changes role, or leaves, their access in Speakap updates accordingly. No manual syncing, no admin overhead.

UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) Speakap integrates with UKG Pro Workforce Management so frontline employees can access their work schedules directly inside the app. One less reason to chase down a manager or log into a separate system.

UKG Ready UKG Ready combines HR management and scheduling for smaller organizations. Speakap connects with both sides of that: automatic user and permissions management, plus direct schedule access for employees in the app.

UKG Workforce Central For organizations still running UKG Workforce Central, Speakap integrates with the platform so employees can view their schedules directly in the app. Workforce Central is being phased out, but still in use across thousands of companies today.

UKG Talk is a social communication tool that often comes bundled with UKG products. For organizations with straightforward communication needs, it covers the basics.
