We recognize that modern slavery is a grave violation of human rights and a criminal act. It can manifest in various forms, such as servitude, forced and compulsory labor, human trafficking, and slavery. These practices deprive individuals of their freedom and exploit them for personal or commercial gain. We are dedicated to conducting our business dealings and relationships with integrity and ethical values, ensuring that modern slavery does not occur in our business or supply chains.

We are committed to transparency in our business practices and our approach to addressing modern slavery throughout our supply chains. We expect our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to uphold the same high standards as we do. As part of our contracting processes, we include prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children.

This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of our company, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
